We are unable to accept credit cards at registration or at the camp store. Camp fees are paid for through registration; any additional payments and key deposit must be made in cash or check made out to Breschi Lacrosse.
Every Tar Heel Lacrosse camp has a non-refundable fee associate with it, please check the camp page for respective fee amount.
Due to the nature of pre-planning Tar Heel Lacrosse camps has a NO REFUND policy once we are within a 30 day window from the start of camp for any reason including but not limited to human error, injury, illness or weather.
If your child is injured prior to the start of camp you can request a partial refund. (The total amount of camp less the non-refundable fee & registration fee). You must request in writing the refund and provide documentation of the injury from a doctor prior to camp. The request and medical documentation must be sent to breschi@tarheellacrossecamp.com – Within 7 days of the start of camp we will not issue any refunds for injuries.
Within 7 days of the start of camp we cannot issue refunds for any reason; including COVID related absences (contact traced or positive). COVID will be treated like an illness or injury.
We urge campers to purchase camp insurance (offered during registration) and to be COVID cautious during the weeks heading up to camp.
The CDC, federal, local and university policies are constantly changing. We will follow the regulations that are in place at the time in regards to masking and quarantining.
We will contact you immediately if a spot opens up for his position in camp. This is done on a first come first serve basis, by date and time of registration for the Waitlist. Please do not book any travel until we have contacted you and confirmed that your camper is off of our waitlist.
We can not offer financial aid due to NCAA regulations.
A tentative camp schedule can be found on each individual camp page. A week prior to camp you will receive an email with camp schedule, detailed locations of check in, as well a reminders for camp. Detailed schedules will be handed out at camp check in.
Depending on the event resident campers stay in one of the UNC Resident Halls. The specific Resident Hall for each camp with be announced leading up to the camp, please check individual camp pages for specifics. All Resident Halls are air conditioned.A $100 room key deposit (Check only!) is required for the camps staying in UNC Resident Halls. If the room key is returned upon check out, the $100 deposit is returned, if the room key is not returned the deposit will be kept. Please make out all deposit checks to Breschi Lacrosse Camps LLC
Yes, commuter campers still have access to meals during camp. For Freshman, Sophomore, Junior Camp 2021 campers are responsible for their own meals. Health regulations make it impossible for us to safely feed all campers onsite.
The UNC Dining Halls are closed. Boxed Meals will be provided. If camper has allergies, please pack food. We cannot accommodate allergies.

No, we do not accept any roommate requests. We will room your son with another camper his age.
Raleigh-Durham International Airport is the best airport to fly in to for camp
RDU Taxi is the official RDU Airport Taxi Service – You can contact them directly at 919-840-7277. UBER & LYFT are also available at RDU Airport.
We DO NOT offer Unaccompanied Minor Service where camper is picked up at the gate upon arrival OR taken through security and gate on departure. Please check with your airline for the policy as you may have to accompany your child and we cannot accommodate.
Due to COVID-19 regulations we will require each camper to provide their own water. We are unable to provide a water station.
Every Tar Heel Lacrosse camp will have the UNC Coaching Staff in attendance. Many camps will also have other college coaches, high school coaches, and college players in attendance to instruct your camper as well. All staff members undergo a University mandated background check as well complete a University issued Protection of Minors Course.
We have a staff of Certified Athletic Trainers at every camp to treat your son should be become sick or injured.
Yes, you can sign up for UNC Team Camp as a “Free Agent” – Free Agents Teams are coached by college coaches.
